Terms of service

   Acceptance of terms: By accessing and using the services of zero2launch.io, the customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms of service. If the customer does not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

   Member account: The customer is responsible for keeping their account information and password secure. The customer is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. We reserve the right to suspend an account if we detect any violation or abuse of the system.

3. 3.

   Rules for using the service: Our service sells licensed desktop applications and automation workflows that help you create images, short videos, and automated ad videos on your own device. You agree not to use these tools to create content that is unlawful, defamatory to others, or that infringes intellectual property rights. The prohibited content listed in section 4 applies to every product sold here.

   Prohibited content (NSFW and adult content are not allowed): You may not use any app, tool, or workflow purchased from us to generate, edit, upscale, assemble, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult (NSFW) material. This prohibition expressly includes: any sexual or suggestive content involving minors; sexualised depictions of real people produced without their consent, including deepfakes and face swaps; nudity intended to be sexually gratifying; content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against a protected group; content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, likeness, or privacy; and any use that breaks the law where you live or violates the terms of the underlying AI model providers. We may suspend or permanently revoke the licence key of any account that breaches this section, with no refund, and we report unlawful material to the competent authorities.

   Voice cloning: consent is required: If a product you buy from us can clone or synthesise a voice, you may only use it on a voice you own or for which you hold the speaker's explicit permission. Impersonating a real person — public figure or private individual — without their consent is prohibited, and so is any use intended to deceive, such as fraud, fabricated statements or endorsements, defamation, harassment, or bypassing voice-based authentication. Where the law requires it, disclose that a voice is synthetic. We do not supply, host, or licence any celebrity or third-party voice: every voice you clone is one you provide yourself, and the responsibility for having the right to use it is yours. Breaching this section revokes your licence key without refund, and unlawful use is reported to the competent authorities.

6. 6.

   How generation works and where responsibility sits: Prompts are never sent to this website. The applications run on your own computer and call the AI model providers directly with your own account, so we do not host, store, or process the prompts or the media you generate. You remain solely responsible for what you create and publish, and for complying with the policies of the model providers and of any platform you post to.

7. 7.

   Payment and refund policy: Every top-up transaction on the system is processed automatically and converted into a corresponding balance. A member's wallet balance can only be used to purchase products or services on the website. We do not offer refunds of a topped-up balance except in cases of technical errors originating from our own system.
